Britt Sweeting is the heart and vision behind Lash & Leisure. In 2019, Hurricane Dorian devastated her home island of Grand Bahama. Just five months later, COVID lockdowns began.

Determined to rebuild, Britt saved what she could, packed up, and started her life over in Nassau — creating Lash & Leisure 2.0 from the ground up.

Today, she’s known not only for her artistry and attention to detail but also for her resilience and passion for empowering women to feel beautiful, achieve financial freedom, and build businesses they’re proud of. Her journey is living proof that with vision, courage, and heart, anything is possible.
